Our firm is seeking a highly-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and has the ability to follow precise instructions while maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Representative will be responsible for creating unique recipes and will communicate with other team members on their progress. The successful candidate will have above average organizational skills, an eye for detail and experience working in a highly organized collective.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase revenues for its accounts
- Develop and manage account plans for regional accounts within specific guidelines
- Support the creation and negotiation of contracts for its accounts
- Regularly conduct outbound prospecting focused on generating new business opportunities via warm, engaged leads
- Validate quotes and pricing for all regions and markets within margin ranges
- Facilitate integration and ensure a consistent approach to customers across the products range
- Establish and develop key relationships at all levels of the account organization (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control)
- Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients
- Communicate internally with the sales team to help shape best practices for sales improvement and product development
- Train customers on products and solutions
- Maintain excellent customer relations and satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of related products, services, and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing
- Gather key data on client interactions and outcomes to facilitate the development of improved sales processes
- Utilize and update the CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / College diploma in a business-related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 5 year experience in a similar position
- Autonomous person able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment and inspire other employees
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research accounts and identify key players using digital tools
- In-depth understanding of architectural products in your region
- Experience in sales bonus but it is not required
- Ambitious self-starter mindset and high work Standards
- Customer focused approach with the ability to identify customer needs, issues and interests
- Ability to analyze competitive activities and the potential of new products and services
- Ability to adapt quickly and be highly flexible to handle accounts in different markets
- Ability to work with various levels of management
