Book Keeper career at ATS Health and beauty care


Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software.
Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Manage customer invoicing, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Expense Tracking:

Track and categorize business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Generate expense reports and assist in budget tracking.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Provide financial information and reports to management as needed.

Audit Support:

Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights.
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.


Proven experience as a Book Keeper or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
